Glycerol monostearate(GMS)
Glycerol monostearate GMS is a commonly used food-grade emulsifier, and it is also widely applied in the processing of plastics such as PVC. It is mainly used as a lubricant, anti-static agent, and anti-fog agent. During the processing of PVC, GMS can effectively reduce the melt viscosity, decrease frictional heat, and thereby improve processing efficiency and the surface smoothness of the products. The application of glycerol monostearate in the plastic industry not only enhances the processing efficiency and product quality of plastic products, but also promotes the diversification and high-performance of plastic products. It is an indispensable component in plastic additives.
Distilled Glycerin Monostearate(DGMS)
Distilled glycerin monostearate DGMS, as multifunctional plastic additives, can significantly enhance processing efficiency and improve product performance. They possess both environmental protection and cost advantages and are indispensable key materials in the plastic industry. Besides being used as a lubricant, DGMS can also be employed as stabilizers for polyvinyl chloride, plasticizers, and additives for plastics and rubber. At high temperatures, DGMS exhibit excellent thermal stability and low volatility, enabling them to maintain stable performance during high-temperature processing. Moreover, DGMS have good demolding and flow properties and have a very good nucleating effect on some crystalline plastics, thus can also be used in the production of transparent products.

Atmer 129 Equivalent Product
Atmer 129 is an anti-static agent suitable for polyolefins. It can provide other excellent functions (such as lubrication and demolding effects) and it has extensive food contact certifications. When ATMER 129 is mixed with ATMER 163 in a 2:1 ratio, it achieves very good performance because of their excellent synergistic effect.
Sorbitan Monostearate(SMS) E491
Sorbitan Monostearate SMS is a sorbitan esters for use as a wetter, emulsifier, emulsifier O/W, and emulsifier W/O. It is part of a broad range of ester materials including sorbitan esters, mono and diglycerides, and polyoxyethylene sorbitol esters. These nonionic surfactants can function as emulsifiers, detergents, spreading or dispersing agents. Sorbitan monostearate e491 is widely used in personal care and approved naturally by Ecocert. E491 emulsifier is used for its excellent emulsification properties in personal care, industrial cleaning, fiber finish, crop protection, water treatment, paints and coatings, lubricants, and other industrial applications.

Distilled Glycerol Monolaurate GML 90 min is an advanced food emulsifier and preservative nowadays, exists in breast milk naturally. GML 90 is recognized as a fine food emulsifier internationally. Meanwhile, E471 emulsifier is a safe, effective, broad-spectrum antibacterial agent. Its LD50> 10g/kg, is a non-toxic food additive.
