EPS COATING AGENT(F/R/B/H TYPE)

Appearance: White Powder, non-toxic, non-flammable.
Ingredients: It is main composed of Glycerol monostearte(GMS), Glycerol tristearate (GTS) and zinc stearate (ZnSt2)

APPLICATION: For EPS resin coating, the functions is as follows:          
1.Reduce EPS in the transportation and prefoaming process of electrostatic accumulation;
2.Reduce caking during pre-foaming;
3.Control the release of foaming agent during pre-foaming;
4.Improve EPS flowability and speed up to mold forming;
5.Can be controlled the melting and melting strength in the injection molding;
6.Can be reduce cooling time and cycle time n the injection molding;
7.To improve the demoulding performance.
